Founded in 1995 TRAC Builders is located in Johnston, RI. TRAC has grown into a construction firm whose reputation of delivering for their clients continues to lead the industry.

The primary goal of the company leadership at TRAC Builders is to meet and exceed our clients' needs and expectations. This could not happen without the expertise of our staff, which has an extensive history of delivering hundreds of superior building projects within budget, on time and with complete customer satisfaction.

William Tracey: President and Founder

William Tracey, President and Founder of TRAC Builders, Inc., has over 20 years of experience in construction management and development leading to direct delivery of contracting/construction management services for clients through out New England. He has experience in new construction, renovations, historic preservation and design-build contracting. TRAC and Mr. Tracey have won many regional and national awards for construction excellence.

Mr. Tracey is President of the Construction Specification Institute Northeast Region, as well as an active member of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce and a Corporate Affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Tracey's a LEED AP as certified by the US Green Building Council. He is certified and licensed as a general contractor in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Roger Williams University. Mr. Tracey also serves on the University's Construction Management Advisory Board.

Judy A. Russell: Controller/Human Resources

As the Controller for TRAC Builders, Ms. Russell is responsible for managing all company funds, financial reporting, and forecasting. She directs the construction accounting department to ensure accuracy, timelines and proper internal controls. Ms. Russell received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bryant College.

David E. Santos: Project Manager

David has worked for and been associated with TRAC Builders for over 12 years with a combined 20 years in constructing contracting. He holds many certifications including contractor licenses in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. David was responsible for onsite management coordination at the award winning Dreyfus Building for AS220.

Leon Tikoian: Project Manager

Leon is a graduate of New England Institute of Technology Building construction. He has worked with high profile corporate clients like CVS and Pepsi Companies and brings 20 years of construction managerial expertise to TRAC Builders.

Mike DiNobile: Project Superintendent

Mike has worked for TRAC Builders for over 12 years. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction from site work to framing through finish. Mike's dedication to safety and quality always wins TRAC Builders high marks with our clients like RI Housing. Mike was recently sited by the General Services Administration for outstanding performance at TRAC renovation at the John O. Pastore Federal Building.

Robert Morin: Project Superintendent

Robert is certified RI and Massachusetts licensed superintendent and as worked with TRAC Builders for the past 10 years. Robert has worked on many institutional projects ranging from residential HUD housing to Correctional Facility Construction. A skilled master carpenter combined with versatility to take on difficult preservation work or new ground up construction make Robert a valuable TRAC team member.
