The transformation of an old pizza shop to a new vibrant bakery café presented an opportunity for TRAC to showcase our creative construction solutions. By working closely with architects from 3SIXØ, TRAC was able to meet all project goals and challenges. The gut rehab of the existing space included a new retail café and new kitchen/bakery. A new outdoor space was incorporated into the project by relocating an entryway to a newly built terrace inter-graded into the existing plaza.
